Lumen Tights Delivery Information
We deliver throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe (including Iceland) the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand.
All orders are dispatched on the same day if the order is received by 3pm UK, Monday to Friday. You will receive a notification e-mail as soon as we dispatch your order. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday will be processed during the next working day.
UK Orders All orders are posted by First Class Royal Mail - usually it is the next day delivery if you place your order by 3pm. However, this is the estimated delivery time. Please allow 1-2 working days for guaranteed delivery. We charge a flat fee of £`1.95 per order If you require Next Day delivery (UK only) - £`5.45 per order (Note: your order must be placed before 2.30pm).
Europe Orders (including Iceland) All orders are posted by First Class Airmail at a flat rate of £`3.95 per order. Europe delivery is within 3-5 working days.
United States, Canada, and Mexico Orders All orders are posted by First Class Airmail at a flat rate of US $`8.37 per order. Delivery is within 4-12 working days. Please note: Flat rate shipping quotes apply to any order containing 1 or more products purchased at the same time.
Australia and New Zealand Orders All orders are posted by First Class Airmail at a flat rate of £`6.50 per order. Delivery is within 6-12 working days. Please note: Flat rate shipping quotes apply to any order containing 1 or more products purchased at the same time.
Customs and VAT Please note that all shipments to the US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. VAT of 20% is included on all our products.
Delivery delays If you have not received your items notify us and please allow 15 working days for UK and 25 working days for Europe from the original shipping date to track, locate and deliver your order. This is in accordance to the Royal Mail policy that an item is not deemed lost in the post until this period is up; very little can be done prior to this time frame.
Lumen Tights Returns Information
Should you decide your Lumen Tights just won’t work with a particular outfit, simply return the unopened package within 28 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange product that have been worn for health and hygiene reasons.
Should your Lumen Tights for some reason be faulty, we are happy to either exchange your goods or refund your money. We understand that to discover a defect in your tights it was necessary to open the packaging and in this instance the restriction on returning opened packages is null and void. However, ladders and/or snags incurred when putting your tight on for the first time are not a product fault. Please refer to the FAQ section for our suggested method of putting on your new tights the first time.
If you need to return an item, log into My Account, click on your order in question and click on the Return Products icon for the item(s) you need to return. Please note the reason for your product return.
Package the unopened product along with the original packing slip and a brief note telling us why you are returning the product. Arrange for a recorded service when posting your return so we can fully refund the shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part or due to a defective product.
Upon receiving and processing your return, we issue you a full refund or a full exchange for another item of equal value. Lumen Tights will email you as soon as your return is in the system at which time you can select a refund or an exchange. Should a selected exchange item not be available, you can either opt for a full refund or an alternative item.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory right.
If you are not registered on Lumen Tights, UK but bought and need to return an item, please email us at info@lumentights.co.uk and we will proceed to initiate your return process.
Please note that the postage cost of a return delivery is not refunded other than in the case of a defect or an error on the part of Lumen Tights.
Should your package be returned to us by Royal Mail due to your failure to collect the package from the delivery office, a £`5 administration charge will be levied to cover the handling of the order. Please see Postal Charges for further information.
