|How will I know what size fits me?
Use our handy Size Chart. Simply follow the sizing guide for your height and weight to determine your correct size of Lumen Tights.
What is your return policy?
Please return your unopened package(s) of Lumen Tights within 28 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange product that have been worn for health and hygiene reasons.
Should your Lumen Tights for some reason be faulty, we are happy to either exchange your goods or refund your money. We understand that to discover a defect in your tights it was necessary to open the packaging and in this instance the restriction on returning opened packages is null and void.

How do I return my item?
Log into My Account, click on your order in question and click on the Return Products icon for the item(s) you need to return. Please note the reason for your product return. Package the unopened product along with the original packing slip and a brief note telling us why you are returning the product.
Upon receiving and processing your return, we issue you a full refund or a full exchange for another item of equal value. Lumen Tights will email you as soon as your return is in the system at which time you can select a refund or an exchange. Should a selected exchange item not be available, you can either opt for a full refund or an alternative item.
Please remember, any package that has been opened cannot, by law, be returned.
What do I do if item is faulty?
Log into My Account, click on your order in question and click on the Return Products icon for the item(s) you need to return. Please note the reason for your product return as “defect”. Package the product along with the original packing slip and a brief note telling us what is defective and/or where the defect is located. Arrange for a recorded service when posting your return so we can fully refund the shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part or due to a defective product.
If you have long nails, we suggest that you put on a thin pair of gloves prior to putting on your tights for the first time as the packaging is airtight. The gloves will protect your tights from unintentional laddering that is not covered in our return policy.
If I return my item, will I get P&P back?
Packaging and postal fees are refunded only if a pair of tights was faulty or if the error leading to the return is due solely to Lumen Tights sending you an incorrect order.
Can my order be sent to alternative address?
Yes. Please supply the Ship To Address when placing your order.
Will I receive my order in a discreet package?
Yes. All Lumen Tights are posted in a plain padded envelope.
Can my order be packed as a gift?
Yes. All you need to do is select the Gift Option when ordering. We will even enclose a personalised note for the occasion and sign your name. All you need to do is let us know what to say.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Be sure to send us an email as soon as possible. If item has been dispatched; simply return it as per our return Policy.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If you have not received your items within the expected time frame, please notify us. Allow 15 working days for UK and 25 working days for Europe from the original shipping date to track, locate and deliver your order.
This is in accordance with the Royal Mail policy that an item is not deemed lost in the post until this period is up. Sadly, very little can be done prior to this time frame.
Can I place my order by phone?
Unfortunately, not at this time.

Can I shop without creating an account?
What happens if I forgot my Account password?
Lumen Tights has a password reminder feature. Just click on “I can’t remember my password” and we will send you a temporary login password so you can reset to a password of your choosing.
Are my personal details secure?
Yes. We take your privacy very seriously and Lumen Tights has the most modern security system available.
Will I be able to track my order?
Certainly. Simply click on “Tracking the Delivery of My Order”. You can access your account at any time to check the status of your order.
When your order has left our UK warehouse you will be sent a confirmation dispatch email notifying you your package is on its way.
The Royal Mail is now in possession of your package.
Unless Special Delivery is requested all parcels are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post (UK orders) or 1st Class Airmail Post (Overseas orders). Please note that Standard Delivery does not have a tracking service.
All orders posted by First Class Royal Mail often delivery the following day if you place your order by 3pm. However, this is the estimated delivery time. Please allow 1-2 working days for guaranteed delivery.
Lumen Tights charges a flat fee of £1.95 per order for Standard Delivery.

Need Special Delivery with expedited delivery time?
All other orders which are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK addresses only) are guaranteed to be delivered to you the next working day if your order is placed early enough to allow us to dispatch it from our warehouse no later than 2.00pm.
To track your order please log in to Your Account and select the applicable order reference number and click on the tracking link which will direct you to the Royal Mail website. At this point you will be able to obtain information regarding the whereabouts of your parcel
Special Delivery rate is £5.45 per order.
All orders are posted by First Class Airmail - £2.95 per order. Delivery is usually within 3-5 working day.
